Articulate 360 Video

Good morning everyone.

We will shortly be engaging the services of a video producer that will be recording a series of new operational tasks to be undertaken by our employees. 

As part of this transition, there will be a requirement to bring these videos into Articulate which I am not familiar with at all. At certain points within each of the video's, I'd like to temporarily pause the play and have either a text box appear with key information or a simple true / false or multiple choice question appear before continuing the remainder of the video.

I'm sure this can be done using Articulate 360 but have no experience in this type of development.

If anyone can possibly point me to where I can learn these new skills (or provide me with some advice), I would be very grateful.
