I uninstalled from one computer and installed to a new computer. The .exe file installed, I clicked it and it installed a 360 icon to my desktop. But when I click that icon, nothing happens. The programs do not install. All of my 360 files have reverted to Storyline 2 files that I can't open.
I have tried removing the program, restarting, and reinstalling several times, but the same thing keeps happening.

At this point, it would be best to get in touch with our Support Engineers here so they can work with you to resolve this and get Articulate 360 up and running as quickly as possible.
