I have tried all the suggestions including uninstalling my new Articulate and reinstalling it. I didn't see any repair option but something is definitely wrong.
I have all the new MS office software, new desktop, etc.
I meet all the requisites as far as I can tell. I don't think it reinstalled it either since missing desktop Icon and no way to initiate.
