Hi! Anyone is working with Cornerstone? We have a customer that uses that LMS and sometimes reports that the courses don't store the data and stay in the status "Incomplete" and does not store the final note even the quiz is completed .
We have tested the courses in scormcloud and ths behaviour never happen and we really does not know how to proceed.
