Articulate based presentations are giving issue on iPad

Hi All,
I have developed a course using Storyline 2. The course was later loaded in:
- Sharepoint
- SumTotal LMS (published course as SCORM 1.2)
When the course is viewed in PC, it works fine whether it is accessed from Sharepoint or SumTotal
But when the same is viewed in iPad, it works perfectly when accessed from Sharepoint but gets crashed when accessed from SumTotal.
I have seen multiple threads related to iPad issue, also followed those but no success.
I have few questions:
- What are the different methods of uploading Articulate Storyline2 courses in LMS? Currently I know about SCORM1.2 therefore using this.
- How to disable Tracking and Reporting in the course? I believe these are using iPad storage and may be the reason of crashing.
- What should be the optimal size of presentation for iPads?
- Why course is working when running from Sharepoint site but not from LMS?
Please help in fixing the issue.

Are you able to recreate the issue when the output is loaded in SCORM Cloud? This will help us identify if the issue lies within the project file or the LMS. If you are able to replicate, please share the .story file so that we can take a look. If you cannot share here in the forums, you are welcome to share here privately.

On SCORM Cloud, it works fine both on PC and iPad BUT doesn't generate Debug Log in SCORM Cloud for iPad based activity, what would be the reason of this?

Hello Taha - It should work on your iPad. It will open in another tab though, so not sure if you overlooked it perhaps.
Glad to hear that the course is working as expected in SCORM Cloud though and that seems to indicate you may need to follow up with SumTotal.

Was the above debug log seen while running the course in SumTotal? You'll want to reach out to your LMS admins to take a look at that.
If you're seeing this in SCORMCloud I'd want to get you working with our Support Engineers. Let me know and I can start the case for you!
