On the Articulate Community section of the web site, there's a place for employers to post jobs.
Can individual also post there for "employment wanted"?
I'd like to post my interest/availability for doing project work, or for the case of non-profits, pro-bono work.
If you want to reserve the space for employers only to post job opportunities, maybe you could start a space for people to post for positions/projects/employment wanted.

Great idea - but there currently isn't an option to post if you're seeking employment. What you may want to do is build up your ELH profile with samples and portfolio items and keep sharing and helping others here in the forums. Being helpful, courteous and producing cool content is likely to get you noticed and have folks reach out to your for work! Here is a challenge where you can share your portfolio and a good blog post making the case for needing an e-learning portfolio.
