I cannot open Articulate Engage '13. Even though I have Adobe Flash Player installed I keep getting the error message "Flash Player 10 or higher is required to run Articulate Engage '13. Would you like to go to a webpage to download it now?"
Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Engage won’t open. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Engage. See this article for details.
