Because Storyline outputs a collection of files, all of which are necessary for proper playback, your only real option would be to record a screencast of yourself or someone else navigating the course. Doing this, you would of course lose any real interaction on the viewer's end, and it would essentially become a video recording of someone using the course.
You could do this with Storyline or with Replay if this is what you wish.
When I created the training in Storyline, I choose the "Record Screen" option. Are you referring to another feature in Storyline that would allow me to upload my training to Vimeo?
Storyline doesn't publish as a single video file. My assumption is that you utilized Storyline to create a simulation, correct? If so, you would need to then screen record someone going through the training to get your mp4 for Vimeo.
