I have the same problem. From the link you sent I am getting the idea that using Articulate on a network server vs a local hard drive this problem will not go away? Is that the case? The attached program locks up al the time on different computers. Is there a fix for that.

This is a note from my IT

"Reach out to your vendor and ask them what the best way to troubleshoot the problem is since we are not getting errors in the web server logs."

Hi there Daniel,

We do recommend working from your local hard drive. Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause a few different problems, and you can read more about that here.

For folks who work in a collaborative environment, I suggest copying the files stored on a network drive to the local drive before opening the files and making edits. Once you're finished working in a file, save it to your local drive, then copy it back to the network drive. 

I see you opened a case and shared the access logs from the web server. I'll follow along with your case and share updates here in the thread!
