I am absolutely exhausted by the recurring "Couldn't Load" issue with Articulate 360. This happens to my team, the team in North America, the team in EMEA and APAC as well. This is a big issue: it is a show stopper and you simply cannot do your job. The help offered in the support topics are notuseful for companies with complex security needs and complex IT teams. Saying that you just need to turn off your firewall or add something to the allowlist shows you don't understand how IT works in large corporations. Please work on fixing this!!
Hi Michael, I agree with this. I had a similar issue that seems to have subsided somewhat but the issue still pops up completely randomly. It is something Articulate should look more closely at solving otherwise it is not a serious corporate solution.
