Articulate has to fix its "Couldn't Load" issue with Articulate 360

I am absolutely exhausted by the recurring "Couldn't Load" issue with Articulate 360. This happens to my team, the team in North America, the team in EMEA and APAC as well. This is a big issue: it is a show stopper and you simply cannot do your job. The help offered in the support topics are not useful for companies with complex security needs and complex IT teams. Saying that you just need to turn off your firewall or add something to the allowlist shows you don't understand how IT works in large corporations. Please work on fixing this!!
