Articulate issue with windows 10

Hi everyone

I had a client today who's machine kept crashing through articulate

Does anyone else have this problem - its when they imported images into articulate

Hi Malcolm,

Thanks for reaching out here! Is this happening when they attempt to import images into any file they're working on or just one file in particular? If it's just one file specifically, importing their slides into a new file and working from that one may resolve the issue. However, if this is something happening across the board in Storyline 2, I would recommend running this repair on their software. They'll also want to verify that they're working locally on their machine as described here as working from a network drive can cause undesired behavior.
