Articulate Log In Error

Hi there,

I am having great difficulty logging into Articulate to publish three online courses I need to release today. This has been happening since the 13th Feb.

Our IT department has downloaded version 1.48.24116.0 and it shows this is the version that is currently installed. However, we are still getting the same issue. Apart from uninstalling and reinstalling we don't know what the issue is.

Are you able to shed any light on the error we are receiving? 

I have attached a screencast I sent through to the IT department to show them what was happening.
