Articulate Login screen doesn't load

Hi guys, hope you can help me. The articulate login window keeps loading and it never shows the login part" user name and password" as it usually does, is there something I am doing wrong or something wrong with my laptop (Dell -Core i7 9th Gen intel -Windows 10). I tried opening Storyline directly but it needs me to log in first so yha, the window below is all I've had since morning, and it did the same yesterday and I let it run the whole day and restarted a couple of times just to see if its a RAM issue but the problem persist how can I stop this from happening.

Thanks for letting us know what's going on and I'm sorry for the trouble.
First, can I have you close the Articulate 360 desktop app (double-click on the red X and then head over to the system tray. There, right-click on the Articulate logo and select Quit). Here's a quick video.
After that, please restart the machine and then try signing in again. Let me know if you see any improvements from there!
