We have published a Storyline 2 elearning for web: we UNCHECKED the HTML5 and CHECKED the "Mobile Player" option. We loaded it onto our application server on our Company's intranet. The elearning works great when I use a PC and it is playing the "flash" version. When I'm on a mobile device, the articulate app gives the error: "Articulate Mobile Player cannot access this content" .
Curiously, when I publish for LMS with the same settings (no HTML5, yes mobile app), the mobile app works.
Oh no Ian! I'm getting the same error when trying to view that article. I'm sharing this information with our team, so that we can get that corrected. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Are you publishing for LMS or Web? I've seen issues with publishing to LMS and using the Articulate Mobile Player if your LMS requires a login.

The reasons for that error are described here.
when looking for the reasons for the error I get an article not found message...
Is there an updated article hiding somewhere as running into problems on access problems on iOs 11.0.3
Have published HTML5, use mobile player & allowed download for offline
Thanks
Ian
