Articulate Mobile Player in blackboards LMS
Aug 28, 2012
Im trying to publish a project to launch in the Articulate Mobile Player on Ipad.
Once i package my SCO and upload it to Blackboard it does not launch using the Articulate player.
If i publish for HTML5 and the Mobile Player it will launch the HTML5 version. The performance is not great though.
Is this a known issue?
Im using Blackboard for my lms.
The HTML5 version of my project does not run very well on an Ipad launched in Blackboard. It runs just fine in the browser linked off a seperate server and run Locally.
Is there a work around? A fix?

the mobile player cannot pass a password or login to blackboard so if you must login then it will not work.
Hey Josh!
Does your LMS require a password or login? If your LMS requires a login, learners will most likely not be able to use the Articulate Mobile Player, because browsers cannot pass security credentials to iPad apps unless the LMS supports Tin Can API.
