Articulate Mobile Player not Launching

I have authored (SL2) and published content to my LMS (CSOD) with the articulate mobile flag on. When I try to launch the course via the CSOD mobile app, the content begins to load and I see a quick flash of this:
Then it automatically forwards to this page:
I have the Articulate Mobile player installed, if I launch the Articulate mobile player I see library and favorites tabs, both which list no content. Pushing the Play button on the screen above will trigger the top image showing for a few seconds, and then back to the bottom image. I'm not sure how to get the Articulate player to actually launch.
I removed the Articulate Mobile flag on the same content, published, and uploaded to my LMS. This HTML5 content launches without any troubles at all. However, offline download and consumption are a goal; which is only provided by the articulate player (at least that's my understanding).
It is quite possible I'm doing something wrong to launch the content. I was hoping that someone might be able to point me in the right direction. CSOD is a large enough LMS, that I would expect that someone has made this work before. I've tried searching around on these forums, the CSOD forums, and the web and not found much help. This leads me to believe that this should work pretty easily and that I'm doing something wrong. Thanks in advance for your help.

Found the issue I believe. CSOD doesn't natively support TinCan API.

Hi Chris,
If they don't support Tin Can API, you likely won't be able to utilize the Mobile player. But if you publish with one of the SCORM options you could access the course in the HTML5 output.
I have the same issue. When clicking "Launch" on the first top screen, it ALWAYS leads me to the second bottom screen, even if my Mobile player is installed. I used the Web publish, so there is no TinCan or other LMS options checked. Why does the Launch button does not launch my link in the mobile player?

Are you using iOS9? There was a recent change in how courses would launch through the mobile player and you'll want to ensure you're on the latest update of Storyline 2, update 7 and follow the directions here.

We are only publishing to the web and after applying the update in SL and Presenter, republishing, and using the updater the articulate mobile player will still not launch.
Hi Nicole! Are you getting an error of some kind or prompt you cannot get past?
No errors - just the launch screen and then the forward to download the app (like original pst above).
And.... one of our instructors used the updater and it wiped his ppt file clean!
Hi Nicole! On the first issue, if you have both updated and republished, please be sure that you have cleared your cache on your device as well.
As far as the updater wiping the file, I have not heard of this happening to any of our customers. Was it just one person and one file?
If you are seeing continued issues, I would work directly with support so that we can understand what may be happening.

Ashley, I encountered the same problem as Jean-Mathieu, and followed your advice. The link above took me to the instructions to download the Articulate Updater. With a few clicks, all of my files were updated all now play perfectly on my iPad! Easy-peasy. Thanks so much!
