Anyone else experiencing problems outputting to iPad mobile player after the new update?
Now any course i publish and bring into the mobile player just shows a completely blank screen - no ability to get back into library either....and therefore all content is lost.
I have tested both old published versions (which work) and new published versions (which now effectivelely crash the mobile player completely). I can provide both links to Articulate staff if wanted.
We've seen a few folks on the latest Android versions running into the same thing, and our team is investigating it. I'll let you know here as soon as I have more info.
In the meantime, could you look at testing your course in the mobile browser such as Chrome? If you're hosting in a web server you could directly open that by pointing the story_html5.html file. Also, if you did not include the AMP as a part of your publish options, it should open the HTML5 output on a mobile device.

Recently I installed the articulate mobile player on my Samsung S8 plus. When I luanch the app, I see only a black screen. I have tried:
1. Unstalling and re-installing
2. Switching my phone on and off
3. 1 and 2 together
So far, still experiencing the same. Is this an android issue or a phone issue?
Can anyone advise? Thank you.

Hi all,
I wanted to let you know we released an update to the Articulate Mobile player so that it's compatible with Android OS 8 and 9 devices. Ask learners to install the latest app update, then courses will work as expected.
