I have a client requesting a SINGLE file output that will work on multiple devices (desktop, iPad, andriod tablets). My impression is that this is NOT something that is possible with Storyline and, in order to make that happen, we would have to create multiple outputs of the same project. Is that correct? If I am incorrect, could you please share the proper story size settings?
Another glitch is that they will also be using multiple video snippets (MP4 format), so I am concerned those will not play on all devices.
You'll only need to publish once and Storyline will determine which output to play based on the device being used. Here’s how Storyline determines which version of your content to display when users view it.
The MP4s should be no issue, either, but let us know if you run into any issues...
