Articulate online - Why's the score bad?

Hi there,

I posted a training to articulate online - it has quiz questions and results slides. A user emailed me a couple of days ago about an issue she is having - everytime she takes one of the quizzes she gets 75% out of 100%. I've watched her take the exam - she selects all the correct responses, but she still gets 75%.

I watched other users go through  - their results slides are correct (we tried combinations of getting the answers right and wrong). I checked the variables, triggers, and told her to restart the training from the beginning, but she is still getting 75% instead of 100%.

Is this an Aritculate Online issue? I'm a loss as to why this is happening.
