I am attempting to open a file within our LMS which was created in Articulate Storyline. Browser settings for Safari are set to allow pop ups, the articulate mobile app player has just been downloaded but I am still receiving the screen to download the free Articulate Mobile Player App and it will not allow me to move on. Can you help?
Also, the icons for the files are not displaying properly. Can you help with this as well?
Looks like you are publishing to SCORM 1.2 for your LMS. Unless your LMS supports Tin Can API, we typically do not advise utilizing the Articulate Mobile Player with your LMS. You can read more about that here.
As far as your icons not displaying, that issue was addressed in our latest update, which was Update 11. You can get the details and download here.
