Today I purchased the "Insert or Embed Articulate Content into Wordpress Premium" and successfully installed after deactivating and deleting my existing free version. Unfortunately, the plugin does not work. That means the 'a' icon does not show off to upload my Articulate scorum packages. Please advise for resolution. Cheers Chandra

Sounds like you are referring to the WordPress plugin. I would advise that you follow up with the creator that you purchased the plugin from.
Perhaps someone here in the community will be able to assist you, but this is not something that I would be able to help support.
