Articulate program is not running after install

Hi,

After installing Articulate story line under an Administrator account, the program runs from that account. However when a user logs in under a different profile the program does not run. I get an error that says "Articulate storyline has encountered an error" and the program closes. I know that the license only allows for one user, but when the program runs it doesn't reach that point of asking for a valid serial number. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program several times and the program is still not running. I even tried creating a new profile, no success.

Running windows XP

Any ideas?

I'm not sure if this is related to the installation of the software, or the permissions of the user account. If you haven't tried already, a simple repair may fix the problem. 

Please try following the steps outlined in the article below:

How to Repair Articulate Storyline - Articulate Support

Articulate software must be installed with administrative privileges. After that, the software should activate in when launched in a new user profile. If the error still occurs, can you please try to create a new user profile and let me know if you see the same error?

Thanks for getting back to me. Sorry to hear that the repair didn't fix the issue. We may need to take a closer look at what's going on with the installations.
