Articulate reinstallation

Hello Leslie,
I was working on a huge articulate project, and my dell laptop died. This has never happened to me before, and what made it worst was I do not have any backups. :( I have a deadline end of this month. A part of my hard drive was retrieved. However this particular project could not be retrieved. I will be getting back my laptop possibly next week. However I would like to start recreating my project from Monday. Is there any way I could reinstall Articulate on my loaner computer? I could find my serial number from the system administrator on Monday. Please let me know.

Sorry to hear that news - you are allowed to have Storyline installed on two computers with the one license.

A quick question. Is it possible to reconstruct Articulate Source file from the Storyline Output folder? Perhaps NOT-but just thought of checking.
Hello Indrani - You are correct. You cannot turn a published output file back into a working project file. You're right, never hurts to ask though :)

I did not want to put my serial no. there too. But did not have an option, as I could not open a case with that serial number. Thanks again. Hope my case gets resolved soon. I am on a more tight deadline after I lost my files. So every minute counts. Thank you so much.
