Articulate results don't work when sent with MOS Chorus

Hello,

I am at a company which uses Articulate Storyline for their E-learning programmes. This works fine and they are happy about it, but.. To send their files, they use MOS(Mind on Site) Chorus. I will be the person to implement the course in Articulate, but as long as they don't have a solution for this problem, they can't start the training. I have no knowledge of Articulate or MOS Chorus, so technical details are unknown. A step-by-step help would be great.

So the problem in short: the training is made in Articulate and they send it to their clients by using MOS Chorus. But when they do, the results don't show.

Anyone who could help?

Also, be sure to package your published content properly for your LMS.
