I am a licensed user of Articulate 360. I am building a course that will be used outside of our organization. If I download images from the content library, am I licensed to use those images for a course that will be shared externally to different organizations? Or how does that work?

As long as you're using Content Library images within an Articulate 360 app, then it doesn't matter who views the published content.
