I have created 4 eLearning courses to play in Rise. The courses were created in Storyline 360 and comprise mp4 videos made in Camtasia, mp3 audio files from Audacity, and images, text, graphics, and hot spots made in Storyline. The courses play fine BUT if the user clicks on the video it pauses while the timeline continues. I tried putting a transparent shape on the top layer in Storyline and republishing but this did not work. I have serious time pressure as my boss wants this fixed by tomorrow. PLEASE HELP.
