Articulate's ability to pull information to populate course forms

Is there a way to have Articulate Storyline pull or pre-populate information like course name, instructor, and employee name from an LMS to populate forms?  We have some courses where attendees need to complete 3 forms to receive a completion certificate. I'm not sure if there is a way to grab this information using some type of javascript or action scripting code behind the compiled forms. Our LMS is an AICC compliant system but any example SCORM or AICC would be helpful to see if it could be done and point us in the right direction for writing the code.  Thanks so much!
