Articulate's app turns black

Hi
I'm building a couple of courses in Articulate Storyline and have up to now been focused on HTML and HTML5, but after some problem in HTML5 (QB is messing up the feedback and the slow Changes of states) I'm bringing the course to the Articulate App instead.


But now one of my colleagues have noticed that on her iPAd air with latest software, the app all of the sudden (in the middle of two of the courses) turns black and she has to press the home-button to wake the iPad up and she has to click on the Articulate app again and the course will start all over again.


We have tested the course a numerous of time and the black-out happens in different places and "never" in the same place twice. AND we have not seen this problem on other iPad air...


Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem?
