Articulate screen size and interactions in html 5

HI, i have a question. We had set a project to a specific size, lets say 725 X 550. We created some content including a matching drag and drop. When we viewed the content on the IPAD it workded fine. HOwever, when we reduced the story size to 700 X 525, publish and view the content on the IPAD< we can no longer see the drag and drop interaction on the screen. Would screen size prevent us from seeing the interaction?
SEcond issue related to story size. When we viewed the content on the IPAD,we had to scroll vertically. So, when we changed the story size to 725 X 500, (to match the setting we used in other lessons that did not have scrolling), we expected to scrolling to go away. HOwever, the scrolling was still there.

Hi Renee,
There may be a couple related factors that are going into this. For the first issue, I'm wondering if the interaction seemed to disappear simply because the slide elements got rearranged when you changed the story size.
