Thanks so much for sharing your file with me. I published it and uploaded to SCORM Cloud to test in an LMS. I was able to review the quiz after resuming the course in Google Chrome:

Please let me know the setting you applied in this file, whether it is "HTML5/Flash" or Flash/HTML5". 

It worked for me when I applied the publish setting as "Flash/HTML5", but I need the output with setting "HTML5/Flash"

You had mentioned HTML5/Flash giving you trouble, so I made sure to publish with that setting. 

Where did you upload the course to when testing it?
