As far as I can tell - embedding a video (using iframe) is not compatible with screenreaders. If I were to embed the video in an articulate slide and then embed it in the website - would that work? Is the articulate player AA/508 compliant?
Any suggestions or help on this project would be greatly appreciated.

As long as your web page is set to allow learners to tab into the iframe content, your Storyline 360 course will be accessible. That includes the player and slide content.
