I have created a documnet using Articulate storyline 2, however I need to convert or copy it into Articulate Storyline version 1 so a colleague can access it. Does anyone have any knowledge around doing so???
Yep, Phil is right. Something you definitely need to discuss with your clients before starting the project. If there is specific SL2 functionality you're using you might be able to convince them to make the switch. I find that the output quality: better video quality, text readability, better HTML5 output would be a pretty good reason to make the switch.

Storyline 2 is not backwards compatible and cannot be opened in Storyline 1.
So in other words the work I have now done in 2 will be gone if client does not want to upgrade to 2???
Really?!?!? No way to save as? No way to import??
Sorry, yes, Storyline 2 is not backwards compatible this is made clear in the documentation and when you open a Storyline 1 package.

Hi Zara and Corle,
For some additional documentation of this, I wanted to point you to this article and the comparison chart here.
