to improve the quality of work, I decided to use a second monitor, where you can enter the various panels (timeline, scenes, triggers ), but I noticed that if the panels are not in the dock you will lose any keyboard shortcuts, I hope it is a problem of my computer and not a limitation of the program, someone has encountered the same problem ?
Was there a specific keyboard shortcut that you were trying to use? I just opened Storyline and moved a few of the panels to my second monitor and I was still able to use the shortcuts such as CTRL+D to duplicate an object - and here's a listing of all the Storyline keyboard shortcuts.
I'm not sure what you mean undocked vs. unlocked? I haven't run into any issues with the keyboard shortcuts in the Undocked panels, bit if you're seeing it that way can you take a look at conducting the repair detailed here?
Hi, Riccardo - Have you tried uninstalling SL2 and reinstalling it? If issues persist, you may want to consider working with your IT dept (if you have one), or you might want to reach out to our Support Staff using this link.

This is very strange, because I have the same problem in two different pc.
If I move the pannel from the dock in only one monitor I have the same problem, I can't use CTRL+C \ CTRL+V abd CTRL +D.
I have not experienced this problem so far, I use three monitors and undock almost every window when I use storyline.
The problem is not undock pannel even I can do it.
But in the pannel unlocked I can't use the keyboard shortcuts.
