Greetings. I am a designer at a university that uses Instructure Canvas as our LMS. After publishing and embedding the interaction I created into a page on Canvas using iframes, I've noticed when the user loads the page for the first time the created interaction loads and forces the page to jump directly to it. This forces the user to view the middle of the page (where the interaction is located), rather than start at the very top. Is there any known way to stop this from happening? Thank you.
Is this an issue that you are able to reproduce when testing in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the actual project file.
