All sorts of viewing problems are occuring in IE. Words are missing, controls on the videos don't function, the logo is missing... In Edge, ALL of the text is missing. In Safari, the logo is suppressed. It does work in Chrome, and that's it. Any ideas about what I can do???

So, let's start from the beginning. Would you be able to share the .story file so that we could take a look and understand the display issues you may be seeing?

So here are the issues:
When I uploaded this packaged file in LMS, I noticed the following:
1. Chrome Browser: Everything works great in the browser Chrome. I do not experience this show layer issue at all, and the videos (embed code from vimeo) plays perfectly.
2. Windows 10 and IE Edge Browser: However, for my new laptop with Windows 10 and IE edge, the layers do not show
3. Windows 10 & IE browser: So, with Windows 10, I switched the IE edge with IE, I did not experience this show layer problem. However, the video does not play at all.
Any help/insight will be fantastic. Just to let you know that I opened a support ticket as well. Case # 01365881. Wendy Framer was helping me with this too. But I was not aware of the IE edge issues as well.
I will be happy to share videos of these above mentioned issues as well. Please let me know for any info.

I decided to upgrade to Articulate 360 after reading a bunch of similar posts. Just easier....
