Has anyone run into the error of having the tincan.xml file missing when published?
The storyline file that i am trying to publish does not show the "tincan.xml" file. When uploaded to the LMS I am receiving the following message: "the mandatory files 'tincan.xml' could not be found. please check your export settings.
When published other storyline files, the export setting has the tincan.xml file.
Hi Sinthuja! Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Please make another version of this file by choosing to Save As and giving your file a slightly different name. Republish for Tin Can, and choose to Open the output to see if the .xml file is present:
If it's there, go back to Storyline and choose the Zip option to continue to upload it to your LMS.
If that doesn't work, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening, with your permission. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
