I'm having trouble importing previously created slide templates for a training module I'm creating. It says it's importing them but I've had a hanging hourglass for about 20 minutes now. I had tried it before and restarted the program when it did this but now it's doing the same... any ideas???
You shouldn't have any issue importing more than one slide at a time, and 20 minutes is certainly a long time to wait. Are all the files you're working with saved to your local hard drive?
Working from a network drive is known to cause issues like these, so I would recommend storing backup copies of your files on a network drive and working from your local hard drive.

Just a thought - is it because I'm trying to import more than 1 slide at once?

They were not, they were on a network drive, I ended up doing it 1 slide at a time and then it went super quick!
