Issue: When we publish the course from storyline 3 and run on IPAD and iPhone than no audio on speaker. However, its working fine when we plugin earphone.
Solution: Previously we were publishing the course from storyline 3 update version 4 but after some hits and trials we found a solution, we published the course from storyline 3 update version 3 and then audio is perfectly playing on iPad/iPhone.
I have been using SL3-V4 frequently since it came out. I have NOT experienced this problem. I just tested several recent SL videos and the audio works fine on my iPhone.
We are having the same problem with 3 of our courses. One is published in SL3 (html5 with flash fallback) and the other 2 are published in SL360. Sound will not play without headphones on iphones or ipads. Any thoughts?

It looks like the issue was specific to resuming a course in Safari. Is this what you're seeing as well?
We are having difficulty replicating in SL360, so it'd be great if we could take a closer look.

We had an issue in Storyline 360 where audio would not play and sliders did not always work on iPadOS 13 devices. Update 34holds a fix for this, and here’s how to update Storyline 360 to this latest version!
I know you have several courses to republish, and I'm so sorry for the trouble! While the Articulate Updater currently does not include support for this fix, we're monitoring the need to release a new version. I'll keep you posted with any new developments!

Glad that you found a solution Manish, but sounds like something we should take a look at.
Any chance you could share your .story file so that we can do some testing as well?
What version of iOS are you using?
Sorry Leslie, we can not share the story file due to the organization policy as you can understand.
We are using the iOS version 11.
On the other hand, you can create any 1 or 2 page sample course with storyline 3 updated version 4 and check this issue on iPad/iPhone.

I just did a quick test with my iPhone as well with a published course from Storyline 3, Update 4 and did not have an issue.
Does the audio in this course work for you Manish?

We have checked your course which you have mentioned but as I can see that you have added a button to play the audio on the very first page.
Can you please check this after removing the button or any trigger from the first page.

Can you please do one more favor for me.
1. Upload your course on Scorm Cloud LMS which you mentioned.
2. Launch the course and navigate to the next page.
3. Close the course.
4. Relaunch the course.
5. Click yes on bookmarking popup and check audio is playing.

We are experiencing issues with audio playing on iPad - Safari and iOS 13.3. we are using Storyline 3.30.19518.0.
What is happening is in order for the audio to play we have to refresh the screen every time to get it to play.
We haven't experienced this until we updated our iOS.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
