I see we sent you this link with information on how to fix erratic behavior in Storyline. If you're still having trouble after trying those steps, my suggestion would be to do a quick repair of Storyline 3. You can find the instructions here

Please make sure you are also working from a local hard drive, as we don't recommend working with files on a network drive.
