I'm hoping someone can help. I have downloaded the trial version of articulate storyline 3 to demonstrate to some colleagues. When attempting to record a screen (very short maybe 5 slides) it freezes while saving (stuck at 100%). I've tried restarting my machine and restarting my project from scratch. Anyone with any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Ashley, glad to hear your'e checking out Storyline 3! We definitely don't want you getting stuck, so let's get you back up and running again.
First, be sure you followed these steps when you installed Storyline 3. Installing on and working from your local hard drive is the way to go.
If everything checks out there, follow these steps to do a complete re-install of Storyline 3.
