I can't understand why I cannot get neither matching quiz questions nor the dial to work correctly. I am sure this is a case of user error, but I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I couldn't get the quiz question to work, so I tried just moving the information into a dial-type display - it isn't working either. I've gone through the discussions and used advice to see where mine is off, but I just don't see it. I think I'm going blind.
My matching question always shows as Incorrect, Try Again, no matter how the answers are placed (even correctly). I thought it was because I had so many retries, but when I removed that option, it still didn't work.
The dial only shows 1 level of the 4, no matter where it is turned to.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm running SL360 so might not be an exact answer for your issues but a couple of things to look at
In your matching quiz type you have repeated choices 'endangered person' etc. if a user doesn't match the correct endangered person with the one you have listed in the form view it will never return a correct answer.
The dial settings are start value 0 end value 12 - it is these values you need to use in the triggers not the rotation degrees. Try changing the values in your triggers to values between 0 and 12.
