I am starting a new eLearning company and I look for the best tool for creating the courses.
I know articulate because I worked in a company that used this tool.
However, taking into account that the company is starting and that for now we only have two people who will need the tool, which is the best option? Articulate Storyline 3 or Articulate 360? In order to use Articulate 360 I will have to pay an annual subscription per user. This will not be more expensive, and if you purchase the Articulate storyline 3 paid one license per user and then only paid the upgrades if you want? What do you advise me? Thank you.
