Audio & fonts are not loaded in major versions IE 11 in windows 7 when published the course in Articulate Storyline 360 version - 3.27.18822.0 while one of the system which is running on windows 8 has no issues with IE 11.
Please provide any solution to resolve this issue.
Hi Lauren, we have a number of clients who access our modules.
A new group of clients joined us on the 9th September - they are on IE 11 windows 7. They can not get audio or video to play and the closed captions are also not working for them. These modules are on our LMS (Totata).
Other clients (using IE) can access the modules without an issue, so not sure what the problem is with this group of client.
Are your clients, who are able to access the modules without an issue, using IE and Windows 10?
Have they tried a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome?

Hi Sandesh!
Thank you for sharing that image! I see what you're saying about audio and images not loading in Storyline course.
It sounds like the audio and font files are not saved to your local drive. Let's start with saving the files to your local drive, and publish again.
Let me know if you have any issues!

Any ideas as to what it might be would be great.
