Articulate Storyline 360 issue when course run on ipad

Hi,

I have developed a course in articulate storyline 2 and Published the course on Articulate Storyline 360 When i run my course on ipad than it is show below issue, it is working fine in Mac. device & Windows.

Please provide any solution.

The next step would be to test your file in another learning management system, like SCORM Cloud. That will help us determine whether the problem lies in the project file or in your LMS.

I uploaded the published output to SCORM Cloud and tested it on my iPad Mini iOS 11.0.2. 

Can you please test this link on your iPad and tell me:

  • Do you see the "Error - Unable to acquire LMS API" message?
  • Does the course reload again in review mode? If so, can you tell me more about what's happening?
