Articulate Storyline 360 Scorm 1.2 File into Empower?

Hi!

We have a client that uses Empower to distribute their scorm/learning files. We developed a scorm 1.2 file for them that they tested and said it worked great about a month ago. We had one edit recently, reexported the files, and provided them with the same published zip folder as before. The client we were working with recently left and a new person has taken his space, and has not been able to upload the file to Empower. We shared a screen with them but are not sure what they are doing wrong. Looking to get this resolved ASAP!

Sorry you hit this snag, and smart move to also open a support case for this! I see my teammate, Gerald, confirmed that this upload issue isn't happening in SCORM Cloud – a free industry-standard tool for LMS testing. If the course works and uploads correctly in SCORM Cloud, then the issue is related to the Empower LMS.

Good luck, and keep us posted on what their support finds!
