Articulate Storyline

purchased Articulate Storyline software [qty 1] in July 2014. The version he bought was version 13. We have “packaged” the softare as an older version 12 for continuity of our other users. The key provided to my customer is only for version 13. Will it be possible to request a key for version 12 instead?

Hi Brian and welcome to Heroes!

Storyline right now is only Version 1 - released in 2012, although there have been a number of updates (we're on update 6). You should be able to use the same serial number/activation key for your installation of Storyline. Each license is only for one user as detailed here.
