Hi Sharrilyn,

I'd first want to confirm that you're working with a local .story file and a local .storytemplate and following these guidelines:

If it's happening within all your Storylines files, and not just one - I'd suggest to conduct the repair of Storyline as detailed here.

My harddrive crashed on Friday and I have no access to my training programs. My company's  IT has been trying for 3 days to get my documents off the hard drive with no success.

Is it possible to pull them from articulate-online.com so I can update them?

I am open to any suggestions.  Thank you!!!

Hi Tami and welcome to Heroes! 

I'm so sorry to hear about your hard drive - but unfortunately the courses that are loaded into Articulate Online are the published output and not the original .story files which I suspect are what you'd like to find from your hard drive. I hope your IT team is able to continue to work on your hard drive and find the files.
