My IT Department just downloaded the Articulate Storyline software and I was able to open it ONE time.
I closed out of the application and now when I try to reopen it all I get is the Storyline pop-up screen for about 1 second and it never opens the software.

Sorry to hear about the behavior you've experienced! When you opened it the first time, were you prompted to activate it? It sounds like something may have occurred during your install, so I'd suggest conducting the repair steps and it's also worth noting that the course must be installed with administrative privileges and then activated by the end user.
