Articulate Storyline error report

Hello,

I have just imported a PPT to storyline and when i am trying to preview "entire course or scene" it's giving me this message.

"Articulate storyline Error Report".

It's working fine when i am doing a preview of a single slide but for entire project and fpor any scene it's not working.

Any suggetsions will be helpful.

Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing, but could you please run through a few general troubleshooting steps to rule out the causes of some common errors? Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 6 can be found here
