Articulate Storyline - how to clear cookies

Hi,

In Articulate Storyline

I unchecked ‘When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie’ (which is in Player properties -> Others ->Resume) and published the course and launched it from Plateau-LMS.

Now the problem I am facing is, the user visited all the pages of the course and it is moved to the Learning History.

If I reassigned the course to the same user again and l launched course, ‘Bookmark pop-up’ appeared and took me to the last page of the course without visiting any of the previous pages.

What is the reason for this problem, if it is because of cookies, how to clear the cookies of a course using Storyline triggers.

I need your valuable suggestions.

Hi!   This is usually something one has to do in the browser itself.  Though clearing cookies and deleting past pages visited/history usually results in all cookies being cleared--just not sure of the Flash cookies.

But this rises an interesting point.  How does this work with the Articulate Mobile player for iOS and iPads.   How do you clear things for it?
